Delete your TalkStash account

You can do this yourself in the app, at any time.

In the app

1. Open TalkStash and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account & Data.
3. Confirm. Your sessions are revoked and deletion starts. It cannot be undone.

What is removed

Your account identity, linked devices, conversations, notebooks, notes, learning cards, review history, preferences, Mira's memory, AI usage and allowance records, and subscription snapshots on our servers.

What is not removed

• Your subscription keeps billing. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings, before or after deleting.
• Your purchase history stays with Apple and our subscription provider. That record is what lets you restore a subscription later and what lets us answer a billing dispute.
• Some records with no learning content, kept to show that deletion finished and to prevent abuse and billing problems, may remain for up to 180 days.

If you cannot open the app

Email privacy@talkstash.com from the address you signed in with, and say which Apple or Google account you used. We may need to check that the request comes from your account. We reply within 30 calendar days after we have checked.
